1. Security Deposit (Refundable) to be paid at the time of pickup:
• Rs. 30,000 for Formal Dresses
• Rs. 50,000 for Bridal Dresses
2. No Exchange or Return:
• Once booked, dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any
circumstances.
• Sale items are also non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
3. Non-Refundable Payments:
• All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the situation.
4. Late Return Penalty:
• A deduction of Rs 5,000 per day will apply for late returns.
5. Dry Cleaning Charges:
• A flat Rs 5,000/- dry-cleaning fee will be deducted from the security
deposit.
6. Damage Charges:
• Any damage to the dress will incur additional charges, based on severity.
7. No Reservations:
• Dress reservations without payment are not permitted.
8. Booking & Payment:
• Full rent payment is required at the time of booking.
• In case of partial payment, the remaining amount must be cleared within 24
hours.
9. Pickup & Return:
• Self-pickup and self-return are the client’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for any delays in delivery or return logistics.
10. Personal Circumstances:
• Family or personal issues will not be considered as valid reasons for
cancellation or refund.
11. Dress Inspection:
• Clients are required to thoroughly inspect the dress at the time of pickup.
12. Security Deposit Refund:
• Refunds of the security deposit will be processed within 2 working days
after return and inspection
